The new way to sweeten naturally

Sucvia is a natural table-top sweetener with extracts of Stevia in the form of a white powder that sweetens up to five times more than sugar.

It contains no calories, no lipids, and no cholesterol, is non-cariogenic and is stable up to a temperature of 180°C. Its granularity and solubility is identical to that of sugar.

Sucvia is composed exclusively form three natural molecules, namely, Stevia (RbA+97%), Erythirtol (present in fruits) and natural aromas that gives it a taste resembling sugar.

Sucvia can be used for soft drinks, pastries, dairy products, breakfast cereal, biscuits, jams, sorbets, chocolates or even for food supplements.

nutrition table sucvia

1 GRAM OF SUCVIA = 0CAL= 5 GRAMS OF SUGAR= 20CAL
The gain is therefore 20 cal. For example if one would consume 5 cubes and 2 coffee spoons of sugar daily the number of cals would amount to 136cal, for which we could consume a pastry or savoury tart per week by replacing sugar by SUCVIA.

Diet products using Sucvia

Low fat products that contain sweeteners are generally such products as soft drinks and sugar free flavored water. Certain fat free dairy products, candy and sugar-free chewing gum, certain jams and ice creams, and diet chocolat. The net energy value per soft drink is in the range of 40cal for 100ml, hence 132cal for a 330ml can, and for dairy products such as fat free fruit yohurts , around 60cal per serving.
For solids the benefit is less, as the eliminated sugar is sometimes replaced by other ingredients (such as flour, fat, or cacao).
