Cooking with Sucvia

SUCVIA is perfect for desserts and cocktails. Visit sucvia.com to discover our recipies.
SUCVIA keeps its flavor and consistency up to 180°C. It is perfect for frozen foods, sorbets and ice-creams. In terms of dosage, use approximately five times less then you would with sugar.

For cakes one does not always achieve the same result as one does with sugar. As such it is advised to work the dough a little longer to make it softer and possibly add a stiffened egg white to add volume. Cooking time may vary slightly.

SUCVIA is not ideal for caramels or marshmallows, though it can be used for jams by adding gelatin our pectin, and will last for 1-2 weeks in the refrigerator.
