Provence Stevia

Sucvia is a brand of natural sweetener owned and operated by SARL Provence Stevia. The brand was created and registered internationally by its founder Frédéric Blanc in January of 2010.
 
Sucvia: uses a smart combination of morphemes that do a good job of telling the brands story. The first part “Suc” is derived from “Sucre” in French (Sugar) that when abbreviated (“Suc”) means “essence” or “the most important”. (It also means, in both French and English, any fluid vital to the life or health of an organism), and “Via”, communicates to the health conscious person that it comes of Stevia. Hence, the name communicates that Sucvia is the essence of Stevia, or the essence of natural sweetness.
 
Sucvia is headquartered in Ramatuelle in the South of France. Our company puts great emphasis on preserving the food health market as well as fair trade and hope to have our certificate during 2012.

I have been a restaurant owner for thrity years in the south of France and due to this I am very focused on the quality and taste of natural products. My interest for stevia began 4 years ago and believe strongly in the future of this plant.
 
With our laboratories in France we have established Sucvia, a natural table top sweetener that has natural extracts and due to its texture and taste is comparable to sugar, just healthier!
 
In my restaurant my pastry chef Nicolas creates SUCVIA recipies (wihout added sugar) which means a 40% reduction in the use of sugar in my restaurant. The remaning sugar comes from other ingredients such as chocolat or fruits.
